Standard Co USA Giveaways — Official Rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase, payment, or acceptance of a product offer will not improve your chances of winning. This promotion is valid only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia where the prize (as stated on @standardcousa Instagram posts and/or Stories) is legal to own. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

By entering or otherwise participating in this promotion, you agree to these Official Rules, which are a contract. Read them carefully before entering. This contract requires you to indemnify and release all claims against the Promotion Entities. By entering, you agree to mandatory, binding arbitration with no class relief, and to a limitation of your rights and remedies.

1. Eligibility

The Standard Co USA Giveaways (the “Promotion”) are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are legally allowed to own the prize and who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi, and 18 in all remaining states and D.C.).

Employees of Standard Co USA (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. The Promotion is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Promotion Period

Each Promotion begins and ends on the dates and times stated on the applicable @standardcousa Instagram post(s) and/or Stories. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Promotions may run concurrently. It is the entrant’s responsibility to follow @standardcousa and review posts and Stories to stay current. Eligible purchase and mail-in entries received during a stated Promotion Period automatically qualify for that Promotion and, unless otherwise stated, for other concurrent Standard Co USA giveaways.

3. Two Ways to Enter

A. Entry via an online purchase. Internet access required. During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants who consent to participate will receive one (1) entry for every $1 spent on eligible purchases of Standard Co USA merchandise made online at www.standardcousa.com (the “Website”). Entries are based on the list price of the eligible purchase (excluding discounts, sales tax, and shipping) and are rounded up to the next $1 increment. If a purchase is returned before the drawing, entries associated with that purchase are void.

Purchasers of gift cards receive one (1) entry for every $1 of face value. Purchases made using a gift card do not receive entries for the gift-card portion; any balance paid after a gift card is applied earns entries on that balance only. All purchases are subject to Sponsor’s return policy. There is no limit on the number of purchase entries. Entrants may opt in to future email communications; opting in is not required and does not increase chances of winning.

Entry multipliers and bonus entries. Throughout a Promotion Period, Sponsor may announce multipliers (for example 2X, 5X, 10X, 20X, or 30X) or bonus-entry offers on the Website and/or social media. When a multiplier is offered, purchase entries are multiplied by the stated factor (example: a $60 purchase during a 10X offer earns 600 entries). When a bonus is offered, bonus entries are added to purchase entries as announced (example: 25 bonus entries on a $50–$99.99 purchase). Timing of any multiplier or bonus is determined solely by Sponsor.

B. No-purchase mail-in method of entry. To receive sixty (60) entries without making any purchase or payment, provide: (i) a notarized affidavit stating you are legally able to own a firearm under the laws of your jurisdiction; and (ii) on a plain 3" × 5" card or paper, hand-print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email address, and daytime telephone number including area code. Mail in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage to:

The outer envelope must include a valid return address with a complete first and last name. Entries without a verifiable, legible return address are invalid. Limit one mail-in per outer envelope. Bulk shipments are not accepted. The mail-in entry and outer envelope must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail. Entries must be postmarked by the Promotion end date stated on @standardcousa Instagram and received by the received-by date stated there. If a postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the entry must be postmarked the following business day.

Each qualifying mail-in counts as sixty (60) entries. During a published Entry Multiplier offer, a qualifying mail-in earns two hundred (200) entries. Handwrite the word “LIMITED” in the bottom left-hand corner of the envelope to receive one hundred (100) additional entries (those additional entries are not multiplied). During a published Bonus Entry offer, handwrite the word “BONUS” in the bottom right-hand corner of the envelope. A BONUS mail-in must be postmarked on a date the bonus is offered and received within five (5) days of the offer deadline (or the next business day if that deadline falls on a Sunday or federal holiday). Limit one mail-in per outer-mailing envelope per Promotion.

Illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, photocopied, or non-conforming mail-ins are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due entries. All submitted materials become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No confirmation of mail-in receipt will be provided.

Normal internet, phone, and data charges imposed by your provider may apply.

4. Random Drawing

A random drawing to select one (1) winner (or the number of winners stated on the applicable Instagram post) will be conducted on or about the date stated on @standardcousa Instagram posts and/or Stories from among all eligible purchase and mail-in entries received for that Promotion. The drawing will be conducted by Standard Co USA (the “Administrator”). Administrator’s decisions are final. Odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification and Claim

The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone using the contact information provided with the order or mail-in entry. The potential winner must respond to the initial notification within twenty-four (24) hours. Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in disqualification. If the potential winner entered via a purchase, Sponsor may refund the related order and award the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the same drawing list.

After responding, the potential winner must complete and return all company forms required by Sponsor (collectively, the “Documents”). Required Documents include, at a minimum: (i) the Standard Co USA Winner Release + NDA + Eligibility Agreement (company NDA); (ii) IRS Form W-9; (iii) a clear photocopy or photograph of the winner’s valid government-issued photo identification (driver’s license or equivalent); and (iv) complete FFL information for the federally licensed dealer to which the prize should be shipped, including dealer name, license number, address, phone, and email. Sponsor may also require an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Prize Acceptance Form. All Documents must be completed in full and returned within three (3) days (including weekends and holidays) of attempted delivery of the Documents.

Failure to complete and return any required company form results in automatic forfeiture. If the potential winner does not fill out the company NDA, W-9, identification copy, FFL information, or any other required Document within the stated time, the prize is automatically forfeited with no further notice, and an alternate winner may be selected. Incomplete, unsigned, illegible, or inaccurate Documents are treated as a failure to submit. Declining any required Document is a forfeiture.

If a potential winner is ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or cannot accept the prize as awarded, that person will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. Prize award is contingent upon eligibility verification and timely submission of all required Documents. If, after reasonable efforts and repeated alternate drawings, Sponsor cannot verify an eligible winner, or if insufficient eligible entries exist, Sponsor may withhold some or all prizes.

Scam alert. Administrator will contact potential winners only via the email address or phone number provided with the order or mail-in. Winners will never be asked for credit card numbers, bank details, or any payment as a condition of receiving a prize. Any such request is fraudulent. Prize winnings must be reported to the IRS. Federal, state, and local taxes are the winner’s responsibility.

Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to notify winners and deliver prizes promptly. Verification, documentation, and delivery may take several weeks or longer depending on eligibility review, prize availability, shipping, FFL transfer, custom-build lead time, and other factors at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree that no claims for delay in notification or delivery shall be made against the Promotion Entities.

6. Prize and Approximate Retail Value

Grand Prize: the item(s) stated on the applicable @standardcousa Instagram post(s) and/or Stories at the time of entry. The prize consists only of the item(s) specifically listed. Approximate retail value is as stated in that post, in U.S. dollars.

Custom builds and lead time. Many Standard Co USA build giveaways are custom builds. The prize firearm or build is not pre-built and sitting on a shelf. After a winner is selected, verified, and has submitted all required Documents, Sponsor will build the prize to the advertised specification. Custom builds have a lead time. Lead time begins only after the winner is confirmed and all required paperwork (including NDA, W-9, ID, and FFL) is complete and accepted. Typical lead time may be several weeks or longer depending on parts availability, machining, finishing, coating, assembly, quality check, and FFL transfer. By entering, you acknowledge and agree that a custom-build prize will not ship or be available for pickup until the build is complete, and that no claim shall be made against the Promotion Entities for that lead time.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses not expressly paid by Sponsor, including licensing, insurance, registration, pickup/transport, travel, incidentals, tariffs, duties, surcharges, and FFL transfer fees. The prize is taxable as income. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the stated prize value where required.

Winner must agree to pick up the prize at a Sponsor-specified location in Las Vegas, Nevada, or the item will be shipped by Sponsor (including via FFL transfer where required) within thirty (30) days of notification that the prize is available. Failure to take delivery within 30 days of availability may cause forfeiture and award to an alternate. Winner must possess required travel and identification documents. Winner is responsible for all aspects of legally owning and operating the prize in the winner’s state of residence, including any required insurance, and may be required to provide proof before confirmation.

If the winner cannot take delivery or is found ineligible, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value where lawful. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may make equivalent substitutions at its discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for delay or cancellation outside its control. If a fulfilling merchant cancels an order for reasons outside Sponsor’s control and the prize cannot be delivered, no additional compensation is owed. Winner bears all risk of loss, damage, or theft after obtaining ownership. Only the number of prizes stated for that Promotion is available. If more prizes are claimed than offered because of printing or technical error, winners will be selected by the method above from among eligible claimants.

Except for any warranties provided by the manufacturer, everything regarding this Promotion, including the prize and the Website, is provided “as is” without warranty by Sponsor or Administrator of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The prize may be subject to state and local ownership, transfer, and safety requirements. Winner is responsible for complying with all such requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability and Release

Entrants and winner agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion partners and internet agencies, and each of their officers, directors, agents, successors, and assigns from any claim or liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind (including personal injury, death, or property damage) arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry into or participation in the Promotion, or acceptance, receipt, travel related to, use, misuse, or possession of the prize, or use of any Promotion-related photo, video, or entry, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

The Promotion Entities are not responsible if the Promotion cannot be administered as planned or any prize cannot be awarded due to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters, weather, pandemics, compliance with law or government order, or any similar event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. In the event of a discrepancy between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer, administration, or prize announcement.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Promotion Entities and their agencies to use, worldwide and in any media now known or later developed, the winner’s name, likeness, picture, voice, opinions, biographical information (including hometown and state), prize information, and quotes for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes, including a winners list and retargeting, without further compensation, permission, or notice. Winner understands he or she may be photographed or recorded as part of a prize ceremony. Rights to any such content belong solely to Sponsor and may be used worldwide in perpetuity at Sponsor’s discretion.

9. Conduct; Website Integrity; Fraud

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, or undeliverable transmissions; technical hardware or software failures; lost or unavailable network connections; or delayed or garbled transmissions that limit participation.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if it is undermined by events beyond Sponsor’s control, or if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program. In the event of termination, notice will be posted online and a drawing will be conducted from among eligible entries received prior to termination. In a dispute over identity, the entry is deemed made by the person named on the online order or mail-in. Suspected robotic, automatic, programmed, or otherwise fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Sponsor may prohibit participation if fraud or tampering is suspected or if an individual fails to comply with these Official Rules.

10. Privacy

The Promotion Entities and their authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose personal information provided at entry to administer the Promotion and fulfill prizes. By participating, entrant consents to that collection, use, and disclosure. Information is also subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.standardcousa.com.

11. Choice of Law; Mandatory Arbitration

This Promotion is offered in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. All issues concerning these Official Rules or the rights of entrants or the Promotion Entities shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Whenever you have a disagreement with the Promotion Entities arising out of the Promotion, these Official Rules, or the Privacy Policy, you must first send a written Demand to: Standard Co USA, 6640 S Tenaya Way, Ste 140, Las Vegas, NV 89113, Attention: Legal. You will not file a lawsuit or demand arbitration until 10 business days after the Demand is sent. If the disagreement is not resolved, you agree to file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association. The Promotion Entities likewise agree to arbitrate. This provision waives the right to a jury trial.

The arbitrator shall apply the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules as modified by this section. Place of arbitration is Las Vegas, Nevada. You agree not to file or participate in a class or collective action and not to join your claims to those of any other person. If the class-action waiver is held invalid, the agreement to arbitrate is null and any then-pending arbitration will be dismissed without prejudice and may be refiled in court. For any action that may proceed in court, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. The Federal Arbitration Act governs interpretation and enforcement of this agreement to arbitrate. This section survives termination of the Promotion and amendment of these Official Rules.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Winners List and Posting of Rules

The name of a verified prize winner may be posted on www.standardcousa.com and/or @standardcousa after verification. These Official Rules will be made available on www.standardcousa.com and/or linked from applicable Instagram posts throughout the Promotion Period.

14. Sponsor and Administrator

Sponsor and Administrator: Standard Co USA, 6640 S Tenaya Way, Ste 140, Las Vegas, NV 89113, United States. Mail-in entries will not be accepted as general correspondence at this address except as specified in Section 3.B.

The manufacturer of any prize is not a sponsor or participant in this Promotion, and no association or endorsement is implied. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), or YouTube.
